Hi, I'm Ana Martins, a 31-year-old Brand Supervisor based in Los Angeles, California. I started my career 11 years ago, working in ad agencies such as Africa Creative DDB, Crispin Porter+Bogusky, 72andSunny and estud.io. Throughout these years, I gained valuable experience working with renowned clients such as Adobe, Microsoft, Budweiser, PUMA, ESPN, Itaú (the largest bank in Latin America), and many others.

As a Brand Supervisor, I focus on building strong client partnerships and helping teams deliver impactful work from strategy through execution. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative solutions, while supporting the management of budgets, timelines, and overall campaign development. I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and operations, helping ensure that projects move forward smoothly and deliver meaningful results for both the brand and the business.

Beyond advertising, music has always been a major passion of mine. During my master’s studies in Music Business, I had the opportunity to work as an Agent Assistant and Talent Booker, gaining experience in artist management and event coordination.
